Self-love will reshape your world
There comes a moment when you can no longer live disconnected from yourself. For too long, you’ve placed other people’s needs before your own, often in the smallest unnoticed ways.
You told yourself it would bring peace, solve problems or make life easier. But the truth is: it didn’t.
Every time you put yourself last, you weakened the most important relationship of all, the one with yourself.
It doesn’t happen overnight. It happens slowly, little by little. Until the pain becomes too loud to ignore. That’s when you wake up. That’s when you see that staying the same hurts more than the stretch of change. You realize the way you’ve been living costs more than it gives. When the pain grows loud enough, fear no longer matters.
Change stops being an option. It becomes the way forward.
We all tell ourselves stories to stay safe:
“This is love.”
“This is loyalty.”
“This is compromise.”
“This is what I must do.”
“This is what they need.”
But the truth underneath is fear. Fear of the unknown. Fear of what happens when you finally choose yourself.
Yet the unknown is exactly where self-love begins.
Welcome Home.
